Return policy
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including return shipping; however, no restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
